Worked example. Demonstrated on sample equipment and sensor data. Deployed in your environment in hours, with value from week one.
The problem
An alert is only the start of an investigation. Which asset is it on? Which component is involved? What other sensors are changing? Has this happened before, and what work has already been done? The signal is there, but the context is scattered across systems.
What we built
A framework that connects the dots: asset, components, sensors and telemetry, alerts, and work order history. Telemetry tells you what changed. Asset relationships tell you what it means.
- Alert overview: where should I look first?
- Asset view: what is happening around this alert?
- Sensor details: what is the underlying signal doing?
Why it matters
Engineers move from fleet to asset to signal without losing context, so they spend their time deciding what to do rather than hunting for information. It works across equipment makes and models on your own data, and complements rather than replaces OEM tools.
